so i ended up making a last minute trip to california this weekend for Troy's playoff football game. sadly, they lost but played some good defense. one of the players got pretty hurt. they had to bring an ambulance. thats orange county for ya. intense sports. i think ive been to every age game and there has always been an ambulance on the field. they're supposed to keep me updated on how he's doing.

the trip to california has been a nice break from flagstaff for me. not gone more than 2 days and i'm missing everyone like crazy. but it was good to come home. my apt doesn't feel like "home" to me for some reason so it was nice to come back to somewhere where i do feel at home. I decided home in AZ is where ever my friends are. When I'm with my friends I have this sense of comfort and joy and protection. I love my friends so much.

havent done much else in california. mostly just relaxing and got caught up on some hw.
